Welcome to Amillion – Gig Network (“Amillion”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering, accessing, or using Amillion – Gig Network Mobile App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Amillion – Gig Network platform, including Buyers, Employers, Sellers, and Freelancers.

• Buyer / Employer: A registered user who purchases or hires services, projects, or jobs from Sellers/Freelancers.

• Seller / Freelancer: A registered user who offers services, gigs, projects, or job-based work to Buyers/Employers.

• Gig: A predefined service package offered by a Seller/Freelancer.

• Service: Any freelance offering made available by a Seller/Freelancer, whether fixed-price, hourly, or subscription-based.

• Project: A larger, custom, or long-term engagement posted by a Buyer/Employer for which Sellers/Freelancers can submit proposals.

• Job: A task, assignment, or employment-style opportunity posted by a Buyer/Employer on the platform.

• Order / Transaction: The formal agreement between a Buyer/Employer and a Seller/Freelancer once a Gig, Service, Project, or Job has been accepted and paid for through Amillion – Gig Network.

• Dispute: Any conflict or disagreement between Buyer/Employer and Seller/Freelancer requiring intervention or resolution by Amillion – Gig Network.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Amillion – Gig Network.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

• You may not use Amillion – Gig Network if you are suspended, banned, or otherwise restricted by us.

• You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the Services.

3. Account Registration & Security

• To access core features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are liable for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not.

• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

• Amillion – Gig Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Amillion – Gig Network only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Engage in spam, solicitation, or multi-level marketing schemes.

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.

• Harass, abuse, or defame other users.

• Circumvent Amillion’s payment system (e.g., requesting direct payments outside the platform).

5. User Roles

a. Sellers / Freelancers

• Must create accurate listings for Gigs, Services, or Proposals with clear descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Must deliver services as agreed upon.

• May not misrepresent qualifications or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Grant Amillion – Gig Network a limited, non-exclusive license to display, market, and promote their offerings.

b. Buyers / Employers

• Must pay for all Orders through Amillion’s secure payment system.

• May not request illegal services or content.

• Must provide Sellers with sufficient details for completion.

• Agree not to cancel unfairly after work has been delivered.

6. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made via Amillion’s platform.

• Sellers/Freelancers earn a net amount after Amillion’s service fee (percentage disclosed at checkout).

• Buyers/Employers agree to pay the listed price plus applicable fees and taxes.

• Payouts to Sellers are processed via approved withdrawal methods.

• Amillion – Gig Network is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions may result in suspension.

7. Order Process & Delivery

• Buyers/Employers place an Order by purchasing a Gig, Service, Project, or Job through Amillion – Gig Network.

• Sellers must deliver within the agreed timeframe.

• Buyers have a review period (e.g., 3–7 days) to accept, reject, or request revisions.

• Orders may be marked complete automatically if no response is provided within the review window.

8. Projects & Job Postings

• Employers may post Projects (custom work) or Jobs (contract/assignment roles).

• Freelancers may submit proposals with pricing, terms, and timelines.

• Acceptance of a proposal creates an Order, subject to these Terms.

• Amillion – Gig Network is not responsible for accuracy of project/job postings or freelancer proposals.

9. Disputes & Resolution

• Amillion – Gig Network encourages parties to resolve conflicts directly.

• If unresolved, either party may file a Dispute Case.

• Amillion – Gig Network may review communications, deliverables, and evidence to decide.

• Decisions by Amillion – Gig Network are final and binding for platform-related transactions.

• Remedies may include refunds, partial refunds, or release of payment.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled by mutual agreement before delivery.

• Refunds are credited to the Buyer’s Amillion Mobile App wallet or original payment method (depending on policy).

• Refunds are subject to service fees and processing timelines.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

11. Intellectual Property

• Sellers retain ownership of original work until payment is completed.

• Upon full payment, Sellers grant Buyers usage rights as described in the Order (exclusive, non-exclusive, or limited license depending on agreement).

• Buyers may not resell, modify, or claim authorship of work without proper rights.

• Amillion – Gig Network respects copyright and trademark laws and accepts takedown requests.

12. Content & Conduct Rules

• You are solely responsible for any content you post or share.

• Content must not be illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain abuse.

• Amillion – Gig Network may remove or moderate content at its sole discretion.

13. Service Fees & Taxes

• Amillion – Gig Network charges service fees on all transactions.

• Fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

• Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, income tax).

• Amillion – Gig Network may issue tax forms as required by law.

14. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

15. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

• Violate intellectual property rights.

• Attempt to bypass our payment system.

Upon termination:

• Access to your account and content will be revoked.

• Pending payments may be withheld.

• We are not liable for any resulting losses.

16. Disclaimers

• Amillion – Gig Network is a marketplace mobile only platform, not a service provider and does not have a website.

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services.

• We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages caused by users.

• The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Amillion – Gig Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • (a) the amount paid by the Buyer for the disputed Order, or

  • (b) USD £100 (or equivalent in local currency).

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amillion – Gig Network, its affiliates, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.

• Your use of the Services.

• Violation of third-party rights.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England, Northern Ireland and Wales, unless arbitration is agreed upon.

20. Amendments

Amillion – Gig Network reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date”.

• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
